Daniel P. Markoff
founded the law firm in 1997 and Jeffrey R. Atkins joined
the firm in 1999. Together we have more than twenty years
of combined experience representing thousands of injured
Oklahomans. We also have an excellent staff of experienced
legal assistants. While our main office is located on the
shores of Lake Hefner in Oklahoma City, we have offices throughout
Oklahoma, in Altus, Bartlesville, Lawton and Stillwater,
and nationally, in Washington D.C. We are licensed to practice
before all state and federal courts in Oklahoma.
The firm has represented thousands of clients throughout
the United States in a variety of matters, but primarily
in general personal injury, Silicone Breast Implant and
Fen Phen Diet Drug litigation. We have been at the forefront
of the pharmaceutical litigation in the United States,
representing over 700 clients injured by silicone breast
implants and the Fen Phen diet drug combination.
We have always been actively involved in publicizing potentially
dangerous products. The partners and our clients have been
interviewed on CNN, The CBS Evening News, Cosmopolitan
Magazine, The Daily Oklahoman and local television stations
throughout Oklahoma.
Our Mission
Our firm takes a unique approach in the representation
